The LevlElvn Method

​The LevlElvn Method is a 3-month coaching experience designed to rebuild your life, one intentional week at a time. Each phase follows a specific sequence rooted in science, structure, and lived experience. It’s built from the battlefield of real life, reinforced by research in mindset, stress, leadership, and behavioral change.

This isn’t random motivation or surface-level advice. It’s a battle-tested framework, the same one I used to rebuild after addiction, divorce, and identity collapse.

Every client gets coaching on the same six core principles, as described below. These are the foundation of change. However, each can choose what they want to emphasize based on their individual circumstances. Think of it like college, you have common core and then your major. 

Regardless of the emphasis, the program is designed to help you stop drifting, start leading, and build a life you’re proud of on your terms.
